El Zambo Street Food

Welcome to

For the past six years, we’ve proudly served our local community in Midtown Miami through El Zambo Street Food—a food truck that won hearts with bold Latin flavors and true passion.

Today, we offer trusted catering across Miami, show up as a vendor at top events, and we’ve launched an exciting new concept: Crafty Coffee & Kitchen—a modern menu full of quality, flavor, and creativity.

Same location. Same soul. Now with even more ways to enjoy us.

From that same food truck window—now bright yellow—We’re serving movie-inspired, elevated American comfort bites, while still keeping fan-favorites like the Zambo Burger and our beloved Calentado on the menu. Because growing doesn’t mean forgetting what made us great. Bites, Camara, Action!

LATIN BITES DELIVER THROUGH

VALUE PARTNERS THAT TRUST IN US!

From food truck to catering

At El Zambo Street Food, we’ve grown from a passionate food truck operation into a full-service Catering Company based in Miami.

What started as our way of sharing bold, authentic Latin American flavors on the streets has evolved into a trusted service for Corporate Events, Private Parties, Weddings, Film Productions, and Festivals across the city. We’ve kept the spirit and flavor that made people fall in love with our food, while raising the bar in quality, presentation, and service. Today, we bring not just delicious meals, but a memorable cultural and culinary experience to every event we’re part of.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This food truck is a hidden gem! In the heart of midtown I had a burger and fries, and both were incredible. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, with fresh toppings that really hit the spot. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right! The service was quick and friendly, and the overall vibe of the spot was great. I’ll definitely be coming back for another round. Highly recommend!
